The Sarhad Journal of Legal Studies (SJLS) is an open-access, online, editorial-reviewed (blind), peer-reviewed (double-blind), biannual/semi-annual (with a continuous publication strategy) research journal. SJLS accepts original research articles, review articles, book reviews, and focus essays throughout the year in the fields of law and related interdisciplinary areas, with a focus on any region or area of the world. The journal encourages multidisciplinary scholarly contributions aimed at addressing complex legal and socio-legal challenges through innovative and informed perspectives. The SJLS was established in 2025 under the banner of the Sarhad Institute of Legal Studies, Sarhad University Science & IT, Pakistan, to provide a high-quality academic platform for researchers, scholars, and professionals of national and international standing.
