1. Aims and Scope
This journal positions itself as a bridge connecting fundamental agricultural research, applied R&D, and industrial practice. Its core feature is emphasizing forward-looking, interdisciplinary, and practical research, focusing on the innovation chain from lab to field. We encourage employing cutting-edge tools like biotechnology, information technology, and intelligent equipment to address key issues in modern agricultural development and promote the effective translation of research outcomes.
2. Call for Papers
We cordially invite original research, reviews, and methodology papers in the following areas (but not limited to):
Crop Science and Genetic Breeding: Crop physiology, molecular breeding, gene editing, germplasm resource innovation, stress resistance mechanisms.
Smart Agriculture and Digital Technologies: Agricultural remote sensing, precision agriculture, intelligent agricultural machinery, agricultural big data and AI.
Resource and Environmental Sustainability: Soil health, plant nutrition, efficient water resource use, prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution, climate change and agricultural adaptation.
Plant Protection and Biosecurity: Green pest and disease control, biopesticides, invasive species warning and control, plant immunity mechanisms.
Horticultural Science and Postharvest Management: Protected horticulture, postharvest physiology and storage logistics of fruits and vegetables, ornamental plants.
Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine & Aquaculture: Animal nutrition and feed science, healthy breeding, disease prevention and control, animal genetic improvement, sustainable aquaculture.
Agricultural Economics and Policy: Food systems, supply chain optimization, agricultural innovation diffusion, agricultural policy evaluation, smallholder development and rural revitalization.
3. Submission Guidelines
Manuscript Requirements: Submissions must be original, unpublished academic papers with scientific design, authentic and reliable data, rigorous analysis, and clear conclusions. The journal employs a stringent double-blind peer-review process.
Submission Language: Manuscripts must be written in Chinese.
Required Elements: Upon submission, please provide the following complete information in both Chinese and English:
Article Title
Author Information: Names and affiliations (in both Chinese and English) of all authors, and a brief biography of the corresponding/first author (including research interests, email).
Abstract: Structured abstracts in Chinese and English covering purpose, methods, key results, and main conclusions.
Keywords: 3-5 keywords in Chinese and English.
