Research in Exercise Nutrition stands as Iran's premier scientific sports nutrition journal, bearing the publication license number 85916 issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. The University of Kurdistan is the proud owner of this quarterly journal dedicated to research in sports nutrition.

Accepted Article Types: Original research articles, reviews, meta-analyses, and letters to the editor in the filed of sport nutrition.
Article Submission Process: Authors can submit their articles through journal website after registration, following the standard refereeing procedures.
Article Evaluation Process: All submitted articles undergo a comparative assessment, with a 20% similarity threshold applied to internal and external sources. Compliance with COPE regulations regarding author rights and research ethics is mandatory. Articles are initially reviewed for alignment with the journal's objectives and formatting standards, followed by anonymous evaluation by two referees. Upon approval by referees and necessary author revisions, articles are published.
During article submission, it is mandatory to upload the author's commitment and conflict of interest files in the additional files section.
In accordance with the guidelines of the Scientific Journals Commission of the Ministry of Science, authors with at least two accepted or under review articles cannot submit further work.
Per ISC regulations, the journal is committed to publishing no more than 25% of articles from authors affiliated with the journal's franchisee institution per year, with a limitation of 10% for the editor, responsible director, or editorial board members.
This scientific journal provides a free platform for article submission, review, and publication. Authors retain their intellectual property rights under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 DEED license.
