Journal of Innovation Management and Organizational Behavior is a scientific journal in the field of studies related to the domain of innovation management, organizational behavior, and educational sciences with license number 88871 of the Press Office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance since the winter of 2020. JIMOB is published under the supervision of the management department of Iran-mehr: The Institute for Social Study and Research. Among the most important goals of this publication, the following can be mentioned: Promoting and developing the culture of innovation management and organizational behavior, helping to improve the level of research and accelerating the flow of thought and the production and publication of science in this field, and providing a platform for the exchange of experiences and the publication of the latest scientific achievements in the field of innovation management and organizational behavior at the international level.
نشریه مدیریت نوآوری و رفتار سازمانی، نشریه‎ای علمی است که در زمینه مطالعات مربوط به حوزه مدیریت نوآوری، رفتار سازمانی و علوم تربیتی با شماره مجوز 88871 معاونت مطبوعاتی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی از بهار 1400، زیر نظر گروه مدیریت موسسه مطالعات و تحقیقات اجتماعی ایران مهر منتشر می شود. از جمله مهمترین اهداف این نشریه می توان به ترویج و توسعه فرهنگ مدیریت نوآوری و رفتار سازمانی، کمک به ارتقاء سطح پژوهش و شتاب‌بخشی به جریان فکری و تولید و نشر علم در این زمینه و فراهم کردن بستری برای تبادل تجریبات و انتشار بروزترین دستاوردهای علمی حوزه مدیریت نوآوری و رفتار سازمانی در سطح بین المللی، اشاره نمود.
