Scholars Journal of Research in Social Science (SJRSS) is a transdisciplinary journal that publishes articles online in English four times a year in the spring, summer, autumn and winter. The journal's goal is to provide an intellectual platform for academics and practitioners, and it welcomes submissions on a wide range of disciplines, including organizational theory, organizational culture, political economy, cross-cultural studies, cultural management, and social anthropology. The journal also welcomes manuscripts on other disciplines, including ethnic entrepreneurship, business finance, human resources, expatriate management.
