Description

Law Faculty Journal of NKU is a peer-reviewed scientific journal publishing twice a year, in print and electronically, in June and December, by the Tekirdag Namık Kemal University, Faculty of Law. NKU Law Journal publishes articles, case studies, book reviews, notes and translations written in Turkish, English, German or French.
NKU Law Faculty Journal is a double peer-reviewed journal. All the works to be published are assessed, independently of their authors by the system of two blind peer review, in terms of the compatibility with academic criteria and the authors are regularly informed regarding the peer-reviewing process. The editorial board and national and international academics evaluate studies submitted to the NKU Law Faculty Journal.
DergiPark is used during the entire publication process. Thanks to the infrastructure provided by TUBİTAK-Ulakbilim the articles within the Law Faculty Journal of NKU are open access to national and international audiences.
All the articles of the Law Faculty Journal of NKU are available on the DergiPark website and studies shall be submitted trough DergiPark.
