Description

Journal of Behavior Studies in Organizations (BSO) publishes articles related to employee and management behaviors, culture and/or climate, human factors, motivation, training and education, ethical/ moral notions guiding organizational behavior, and leadership effectiveness. Research of multidisciplinary nature in the fields of psychology, sociology, anthropology, history, management, human factors, safety and others are considered for publication too. The journal particularly welcomes articles that advance our understanding of the above phenomenon across different contexts. We aim to advance the academic and professional understanding of dynamics about organizational behavior theory and practice. Suitable research for BSO may be of qualitative or quantitative orientation or mixed-methods. Literature reviews, protocols for literature reviews and research studies are also acceptable. Submission should not only be methodologically sound, but also be supported with appropriate theory and highlight any innovations in the field.
