Description

The mission of the magazine is in presenting the original results of the acute scientific researches in the sphere of legal sciences, as well as in creating conditions for open discussion between legal theorists and for free expressing of their opinions which provide for increasing the quality of the scientific works, for improving the legislation and the law enforcement practice.
Magazine Purposes
•  development of efficient communication within the scientific juridical community;
•  presenting current problems of the juridical science;
•  assistance in the alignment of the juridical science and practice, introducing the scientific results into the law-creating and law-enforcing activities;
•  providing for the succession in the juridical science by means of proposing publication opportunities to both leading and beginning researchers;
•  contributing to harmonization of the legal systems through exchanging the results of legal studies between Russian and foreign legal theorists.
