Amazonian Journal of Plant Research (AJPR) is a journal of the Federal University of Pará in Altamira, a city in Pará state, north of Brazil. AJPR publishes original articles which contribute to the advancement of the Agronomy, Agricultural sciences and Forest Science.
AJPR is devoted for the publication of original research papers, brief communications and review articles.
The scopes of the journal include the topic areas: Agrometeorology, Breeding, Crop Sciences, Genetics, Horticulture, Ornamental Plant, Plant Protection, Pathology, Plant Physiology, Plant Nutrition, Plant Biotechnology (Germplasm Cryopreservation), Postharvest, Soil Sciences, Animal Sciences, and all fields of Forest ecosystems and their functions including those in the landscape and wood production chain (Wood technology, Wood Chemistry, Wood Biodegradation and Biodeterioration, Non-Timber Products, Biorefinary and Renewable Materials).
