Description

JDER publishes original research articles, review articles, case studies and short communications on different aspects of disasters and emergencies with the primary objective to improve disaster prevention, preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery policies and practices provided by the academic community to share their professional and academic knowledge in all areas of the subject such as risk management, road accidents, hospital preparedness and climate change.
The editorial board welcomes the submission of articles related to all areas of disaster and emergency. The JDER follows a “double-blind” peer review process in which the authors and reviewers are not informed of each other's identity. Manuscripts submitted for review should not be under current consideration for publication by other journals.
