Apart from individual thematic articles and conference materials, the journal will include monographs addressing the key issues of Eurasian archaeology. The theme of each issue is determined by the annual plan and priorities established by the Editorial Board.
The Editorial Board positions the journal as an international publication, providing a new platform for scientists willing to make the results of their research known to a wider scientific community. This will strengthen Russia's scientific relations with European and Asian archaeological centres and researchers studying the steppe zone
