Description

BJOA is an open-access, single-blind peer-reviewed journal aiming to communicate high quality articles in the field of anaesthesiology, perioperative medicine, emergency medicine, intensive care, and pain management.
We accept original articles, review articles, special articles, clinical reports, short communications, letters to the editor, and book and multimedia reviews. BJOA welcome submission of manuscripts devoted to anesthesia and related topics from any country in the world. We address all aspects of anesthesia practice including, but not limited to, perioperative medicine, anesthetic management, drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, post-operative pain management, coexisting diseases, complications in anesthesia, emergency medicine, cost-related issues, and other topics anaesthesiologists face in daily practice.
