Description

The Bulletin has been published since 1998. It is included in the list of reviewed scientific editions which must publish the main scientific results of the dissertations submitted for a candidate and a doctor degree as stated by the Presidium of High Certification Commission of the Russian Federation.
The Bulletin can publish not published before and not aimed to be published in other editions by Russian and foreign scientists, lectures, scientific worker and post graduates of higher educational institutions on the results of fundamental, theoretical, applied and experimental research.
The Bulletin subject-matter is determined by the main directions of University activities in the sphere of specialists' training and fundamental and applied scientific research. The Bulletin publishes articles in the following branches of science:

05.02.00 – Mechanical engineering and theory of machines;
05.07.00 – Aviation, rocket and space technology:
05.12.00 – Radio engineering and communication;
05.13.00 – Information technology, computer engineering and management;
05.22.00 – Transport.
