Modern Civil and Structural Engineering (MCSE) is a scientific research journal published quarterly by Isaac Scientific Publishing. The journal publishes original research and review papers within the broad field of civil and structural engineering including, but are not limited to, the following: Structural Engineering, Seismic Design, Control of Structural Vibrations, Wind Engineering, Structural Dynamics, Construction Materials, Environmental Engineering, Structural Sustainability, Green Buildings, Geotechnical Engineering, Highway Engineering, Surveying and Geo-Spatial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Tunnel Engineering, Water Engineering, etc.
The main aim of this journal is to combine theory and practice in civil and structural engineering and thus advancement of appropriate sciences. It will provide a platform for academicians, researchers and engineers to share their experience and solution to problems in different areas of civil and structural engineering.
