“Business Ethics and Leadership” is an international, cross-disciplinary, scholarly, peer-reviewed and open access journal. The Journal of Business Ethics and Leadership aims at promoting international dissemination of theoretical and empirical research, and the best global practices regarding ethical standards and leadership in business, trade, management, marketing, public communications, finance, public administration and international economic relations. These aspects are considered at the level of different countries all over the world, international cooperation, regions and local communities, all types of economic agents, particularly, international and local companies, SME and householders. The key aspects of honesty, transparency, ethic standards, trust, leadership and innovation, corporate responsibility, social entrepreneurship, gender and social equality, behavioral economics, leadership in management, organizational culture, protection of consumer interests are subjects of the journal's scope.
