State and Commons (S&C) is a specialized semi-annual journal published in Spanish language. S&C is published by the Institute of Advanced National Studies (IAEN). State and Commons aims to reflect, disseminate and generate knowledge regarding the social reality derived from public policies, the administration of the State and the Government, supported by a scientific, plural, specialized and international perspective. S&C reaches at professors, researchers and students yearning to make analytical and academic contributions. S&C is published in January and July, its topic coverage is the following:
1) Public administration, public service, transparency, innovations, and territory
2) Threats, conflict resolution and protection of rights
3) Human rights, gender, interculturally, and citizen participation
