The effective use of human resource is very important for the growth of any organization and training and development plays a very important role in improving the management of human resources. With this background, the aim of Amity Journal of Training and Development (AJTD) is to publish international research in the broad area of training and development. Research and scholarly contributions focusing on international best practices and benchmarks in training and development and comparative studies are encouraged.
An International journal, Amity Journal of Training and Development (AJTD) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed that is published bi-annually. It publishes both empirical and conceptual papers, within the broad area of human resource management including but not limited to determinants of training and development processes, organizational policies, employee engagement, talent management, mentorship, skill gap assessment, human capital development, innovation in training and development process, impact of training and development on productivity and firm value, training and development best practices and so on. Published twice a year, the journal is the official publication of Amity Directorate of Management and Allied Areas (ADMAA), a research unit of Amity University, a leading innovation and research driven private University in India.
Amity Journal of Training and Development (AJTD) accepts theoretical/conceptual, empirical, original, cross-functional and applied research papers, articles, case studies, technical notes, monographs, book reviews and doctoral dissertations in management for review.
