Central European Researchers Journal (CERes journal) cover different areas and problems of engineering. The main topics of the journal concern modern information technologies, computer systems, critical infrastructures, etc. their modelling, analysis, estimation, performance, reliability. The principal goal of CERes journal is the support of young researchers, their investigation by the proposition of stable platform for publications and presentations with active distribution. Therefore CERes journal is on-line journal with free access. Publications of PhD students, post-doctoral students and young researchers will be dominantly in the journal. Review articles and methodological presentation of well-known researches and engineers will be presented too.
