Iranian Journal of Veterinary Science and Technology (IJVST) is an international, scientific, and open access journal in English. Under the license of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY), this journal is published Quarterly by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran since 2022.The four issues per year will be published in the months of March, June, September, and December. It had been published biannualy from 2008 up to 2022. This journal has achieved the rating of “Scientific-Research”, by Commission of Evaluation of Iranian Scientific Journals, the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, from Vol.7, No. 1, July 2015 onward. Also, IJVST has indexed on Scopus database from Vol.11, No.1, 2019 onward. A double-blind peer-reviewing system is used to assure the quality of the publication. We are using iThenticate to prevent plagiarism and to ensure the originality of our submitted manuscripts. IJVST publishes important new advances and novel research in all aspects of veterinary medicine and its relevant subjects. This journal publishes original articles, review papers, short communication and case reports in the field of veterinary science. This journal has been indexed in well-known world databases such as Scopus, DOAJ, CABI, EBSCO, Embase, MIAR and ISC as well as ISI Master Journal List. The article publishing charges will be covered by Ferdowsi University of Mashhad Press and thus, there are no publication fees for authors.
Iranian Journal of Veterinary Science and Technology has been approved and recognized as a journal of the highest ranking by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran. It is selected as the best journal in veterinary field on 2020.
