Scientific News (JScN) (ISSN 2522-9079 (Online), ISSN 2415-8194 (Print)) is an an international peer reviewed, scientific, open access journal founded by Azerbaijan Technological University. The journal focuses on the results of original research projects in various fields of Food and Light Industry and accepts articles from authors all around the world. The aim of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of Food and Light Industry and related fields. The journal will be published quarterly in a year.
