Description

Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University from the date of its establishment, 1 (13) in May 1865 takes a leading position in shaping the education system, the development of scientific research and culture in Ukraine. He is one of the oldest universities in Ukraine and actually determines the state and prospects of development of education, science and culture in the network of education in our country. Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University - the world famous university with a high international prestige in the world ranking is an honorable 48th place among the 75 best universities in the world.
International recognition Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University as one of the leaders of the national education network is confirmed by the fact that nearly 40 prominent universities cooperate with the university under long-term contracts, including 5 projects TEMPUS-TACIS, numerous programs INTAS, know-how, SCOR and others. Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University is generally a leading higher education institution in the group of traditional universities, national, scientific and cultural center of Ukraine. It occupies fourth place in the ranking of higher education institutions Ukraine on indicators Scientometrics database Scopus.
One of the most important tasks of the modern period of development of the Ukrainian state and society is to improve legal support. In economic-legal faculty Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University, which have a strong scientific potential, actively functioning scientific specialized edition of "rule of law" on pages which analyzed actual problems from different branches of law.
Collection of "rule of law" is the laureate of IV All-Ukrainian competition for the best legal edition comes out 2 times a year and distributed through the Internet. The editorial board of the collection provides external and internal review of all articles. The composition of the editorial board of the collection includes leading Ukrainian scientists. In addition, the publication and invited foreign experts in law (Poland, Russia, Uzbekistan, etc.).
Magazine "Legal State" cooperates with major universities in Ukraine and abroad, public authorities and local governments. Such cooperation involves the placement of information materials, publication of scientific articles based editions of round tables. "Rule of law" is actively used in the educational process - articles and materials recommended as additional sources in the study of basic disciplines. The book published scientific-theoretical and practical materials on topical of general and specialized legal issues, law enforcement, proposals to the legislation, foreign legal experience of constitutional, judicial, administrative and legal reforms.
