Founded in 2005.
The journal is a peer reviewed interdisciplinary academic journal published since 2005 by the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, Lomonosov Moscow State University (CMC MSU). The administration of the journal is carried out by the Laboratory of Open Information Technologies CMC MSU.
The mission of the journal is is to promote the development of new information technologies of Digital Economy and their applications; the exploration the theoretical basics of computer science and informatics; the development and analysis of IT standards as a scientific and methodological base of the IT industry, as well as innovative solutions and standards in the field of training highly professional and scientific personnel with in-demand digital skills.
The journal is meant for integration of efforts of the academic community and specialists from different countries with the goal of increasing the effectiveness of scientific research activities in the field of key convergent cognitive-information technologies of the Digital Economy and their applications, as well as creating innovative approaches and systems for developing the skills in the Digital Economy.
The journal accepts articles in the following specialties for publication: Mathematics; Informatics, Computer Science and Management; Pedagogical Science.
All reviewers are acknowledged experts in areas they are responsible for. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and publishing office during 5 years. Editorial staff sends to the authors of the submitted materials copies of reviews or a substantiated refusal. Editorial staff of the journal forwards copies of reviews in Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation by request.
