Description

The publication is devoted to theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the study of social and labor relations. Widely covered problems and prospects of development of social-labor relations, in particular: main issues, new challenges and trends of social policy development in Ukraine and world; compensation policy in the system of social-labor relations at the macro level; problems, indicators and a mechanism for regulating the processes of socialization of the labor market in Ukraine; the dialectic development of flexible forms of employment; studying the state and directions of ensuring of the labor potential intellectualization. Modern approaches to personnel management, knowledge management at macro and micro levels, directions of transformation of the HR functions are developing. The theoretical and applied aspects of social responsibility of the state, business and civil society institutions are considered.
