Description

JITRO (Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Peternakan Tropis) is a scientific journal that in general covers the topics of tropical animal science. JITRO is published and managed by the Faculty of Animal Science, Halu Oleo University in collaboration with the Indonesian Animal Scientist Association. JITRO is a peer-review journal published three times a year (January, May, and September).
JITRO publishes research and review articles on the topics of animal breeding and genetics, animal reproduction science, animal anatomy and physiology, animal nutrition and feed technology, forages, animal production, animal biotechnology, animal behaviors, animal health, animal farming systems, animal social-economic industries, livestock and agriculture policy, and animal product technology.
