About the Journal
Obstetrics & Gynecology is the medical and surgical specialty that focuses on the research prospectus of reproductive system in females. Indian Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology Research is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles on all aspects of basic and clinical research in the fields of obstetrics and gynecology and related subjects, with emphasis on matters of worldwide interest. The journal publishes invited and submitted reviews and original articles about clinical topics and basic research; case reports; and preliminary communications from all sub-specialties in gynecology and obstetrics.
IJOGR publishes original research work in all relevant areas of reproduction, contraception, obstetrics and gynecology that include reproductive endocrinology, reproductive physiology, assisted reproductive technologies, cloning, environmental effects on reproductive health, infertility, family planning, sexual health, obstetrics, prenatal diagnosis, maternal-fetal medicine, midwifery, perinatology, gynecological urology, gynecological oncology, gynecological endocrinology, general gynecology and menopause.

Aims & Scope: Indian Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology Research is a transnational periodical bringing out inquiry articles, review editorials, commentaries, and clinical investigations revealing the entire sphere of gynecology and obstetrics research. IJOGR represents an established forum for the entire field of obstetrics and gynecology, publishing a broad range of original, peer-reviewed papers from scientific and clinical research to reviews relevant to practice and case reports. It also includes occasional supplements on clinical symposia. The journal is read widely by trainees in our specialty and we acknowledge a major role in education in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
