Global Journal of Environmental Science and Management (GJESM) is an international scholarly refereed research journal, which aims to promote scientific, technological, legal, socio-economic and policy perspective of environmental science and management, to disseminate the research articles for further research, reference and teaching purposes by the students, researchers, academicians and industrialists and to addresses the growing need for professionals, engineers, technocrats and policy makers in society, who can apply best management practices drawn from various inter-disciplines, which may create sustainable future.
SCOPE
GJESM is broadly covering various disciplines of environmental sciences, environmental engineering, environmental management, civil engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology and microbiology. A broad outline of the journal's scope includes; peer reviewed original research articles, case studies, technical reports, research reviews, short communications and notes to the editor, in interdisciplinary information on the practice and status of research in environmental science and management, both natural and man- made. The main aspects of research areas include, but are not exclusive to; environmental chemistry and biology, environments pollution control and monitoring, transport and fate of pollutants in the environment, concentrations and dispersion and trace of wastes in air, water, and soil, point and non-point sources pollution, heavy metals and organic compounds in the environment, atmospheric pollutants and trace gases, solid, liquid and hazardous waste management; soil biodegradation and bioremediation of contaminated sites; ecosystem restoration; environmental impact assessment, industrial ecology, ecological and human risk assessment; improved energy management and auditing efficiency, policy and planning, and environmental standards and criteria. The articles of various entities will be deposited immediately into the online repository, after the completion of the review processes, which is seeking by academic institutions, research organizations, professional societies, government and non-government agencies and other well-established organizations. Furthermore, all published articles will ask to be assigned with DOI provided by cross reference, which will keep up-to-date information on various discipline of published papers in GJESM and the same will reach to Global community directly and in timely.
