The International Journal of Political Theory (IJPT) is a political theory journal seeking to publish provocative new theories in the field of political theory and philosophy. The IJPT is open-access, peer-reviewed and published semi-annually. By its nature, the scope is multi-disciplinary. We accept submissions from fields of political science, philosophy, religion, history, economics, sociology, and others. General themes covered include commentary on the "clash of civilizations", human rights discourse, and older discourse on progenitorial political thinkers and their respective theories. The journal encourages challenging and provocative submissions.
