The International Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics is a peer reviewed journal devoted to the publication of original research articles covering different aspects in Nutritional Sciences, Food Sciences, Food Chemistry and Dietetics. The Journal focuses on advancing professional knowledge across the range of research and practice issues such as: medical nutrition therapy, public health nutrition, biotechnology, food environment and sustainability, plant-based diets and foods, maternal and child nutrition, malnutrition, food choice, and food insecurity, foodservice systems, leadership and management, and dietetics education. Papers dealing with Nutrition Epidemiology and Global Nutritional problems are encouraged. Survey articles on any related topic such as Obesity, Diabetes, and Dietetics Education are promoted.
