The purpose of the journal is to serve the dissemination of research that can improve knowledge and understanding of management and economics of sport, from a multidisciplinary approach that combines theoretical and applied approaches.
The "Journal of Sports Economics & Management" is a journal that accepts manuscripts in Spanish and English, published annually, admitting works both basic and applied research, pertaining to any field of management and economics of sport prior to publication are blind reviewed by our reviewers.
The "Journal of Sports Economics & Management" contains: (a) empirical articles, (b) bibliometric or Revision articles (c) theoretical articles that provide a frame of reference in the field, (e) Book Reviews (f ) Announcements in scientific meetings, conferences and seminars.
The journal aims to promote the advancement of sport management and economics through the exchange of information between researchers and practitioners by providing a forum for discussion and debate from a dual perspective combining theoretical approaches and applied research.
The journal is open access which means that all content is available to any user or institution without charge
