Aim and Scope:
The Journal of Economic and Financial Modelling (JEFM) is an open access double-blind peer-reviewed journal founded in 2013 with the prime objective of providing relevant policy implications on economics and finance from both theoretical and empirical analyses.
The JEFM is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
Papers can be sent at any time and the accepted papers are published immediately. The authors can submit their papers through email and our objective is to communicate the editorial decision within six weeks. Please refer the instructions to author and our publication policy sections for further information.
Our Publication Policy:
The Journal of Economic and Financial Modelling (JEFM) is a double-blind peer reviewed open access international journal. It will be included in international directories which provide instant, worldwide and barrier-free access to full-text of all published manuscripts to all interested readers with the best interests of the research community.
Published material in the Journal is a direct reflection of quality research work done by author(s). We make our best efforts to prevent the publication malpractice i.e., to prevent from publishing partially for fully plagiarized work. If so happens, whatsoever being the case author(s) are fully responsible for it and in all such situation direct action will be taken for the author(s) and co-authors (or the author who takes the responsibility).
We expect from each and every author to submit truthful information’s and sufficient details relevant to their manuscript. Any kind of unethical behavior is not tolerable. We believe that papers submitted to the journal for consideration are original, neither been published elsewhere in any language fully or partly, nor under review for publication in any other outlet. This must be stated while submitting the manuscript to the journal by the author and also on the behalf of all co-author(s).
We wish to be fair in terms of replication of results published in the JEFM. Therefore, we enforce authors to provide the final data used in the paper and computer codes(if they have developed it or used existing codes) for replication purpose, if requested by the reader(s). We favour for the open sourced data. This is to validate the results reported in the paper. We believe this will help authors ultimately.
