The periodical's founder "The Law and Innovations" was created as a part of the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine Scientific and research institute of providing legal framework for the innovative development
Some words about the concept of the given edition. Problems of innovative development of Ukraine became completely actual now. The President of the country, public authorities repeatedly accented that without an embodiment in life of innovations, innovative technologies, to spend state modernization it is simply impossible that demands improvement of legislative base and introduction of new means of legal regulation in innovative sphere. On the pages of new magazine just as Scientific-research institute of legal maintenance of innovative development of National Academy of law Sciences of Ukraine, and other scientific establishments and institutions concerning problems of innovative development completions of scientists in the country also will be published.
The offered headings of the edition are “Legal mechanism of innovative development”, “Legal regulation of intellectual property”, “Economic principles of innovative-investment model of development”, “Questions of innovative society formation”, “Foreign experience of scientific and technical and innovative activity legal regulation”, “Modern legal researches”, “Questions of legal practice using”, “The review of scientific arrangements”. The specified headings provide possibility to involve in work on creation of development innovative model of the country not only law scientists, and also economists, sociologists, political scientists, a wide range of other spheres researches. The separate prospect is assigned to the young scientists which researches in this sphere also will be published in the periodical.
