Description

Newsletter of North-Caucasus Federal Universityestablished through a re-registration of the Journal Newsletter of North-Caucasus State Technical University due to a rename of the founder.
The Journal was founded in 1997 and is issued subject to the federal law ON MASS-MEDIA, to the Statutes of North-Caucasus Federal University, as well as to the Regulations on the Journal.
The Journal has been registered at the Federal Service for Monitoring in the area of Connection, Information Technologies, and Mass Communications (Roscomnadzor).

The founder of the journalis Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "North-Caucasus Federal University" (NCFU) which has its own publishing and printing complex.
The chief editor of the journal is Parakhina Valentina Nikolaevna (Chairman), Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Management of the Institute of Economics and Management of NCFU, laureate of the Russian Government Prize in the field of education.
Problems of transformation of the management system of organizations in modern economic conditions (the subject of research is the system of management relations, the object of research is the organization of commercial and non–commercial sectors of the economy of the region).
It is issued subject to the federal law ON MASS-MEDIA, to the Statutes of North-Caucasus Federal University, as well as to the Regulations on the Journal.
The Journal has been registered at the Federal Service for Monitoring in the area of Connection, Information Technologies, and Mass Communications (Roscomnadzor).
Publication Frequency – 6 issues per year (every two month). Format – 60х84 1/8; paper – offset; volume – 300 pages; circulation – 1050 copies.
The major purpose for the Journal is to publish the results obtained from research projects carried out by scientists of North-Caucasus Federal University as well as of other authors, whose works are of high theoretical and practical value.
The Journal offers the following theme columns:
Technical Sciences;
Pedagogic Sciences;
Economic Sciences.
The journal is included in the "List of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation".
The journal is peer-reviewed and this is indicated on the journal's website.
The journal is not an institutional one (publication exclusively of works prepared by employees of the organization and/or affiliated authors).
The Journal may publish specific theme-oriented of target items based on round-table discussions and conferences. Besides, the Journal may accept and publish short messages, discussions, reviews, and advertisement.
The articles submitted to the Editor's office shall be subject to a mandatory review by the Board of Editors.
This is an open access journal. All articles are made freely available to readers immediatly upon publication.
Publication in “NEWSLETTER OF NORTH-CAUCASUS FEDERAL UNIVERSITY" is free of charge for all the authors.
