Description

One of the most important challenges of the contemporary period of developing the Ukrainian state and society is to increase the efficiency of legal enforcement. Based on the Faculty of Law of the State Higher Educational Establishment «Uzhhorod National University», which has the powerful scientific potential, there actively functions the scientific professional journal «Uzhhorod National University Herald. Series: Law», on the pages of which topical issues in various branches of law are analyzed.
The collection of «Uzhhorod National University Herald. Series: Law» was developed as an international specialized publication. It is published six times a year and distributed via the Internet. The editorial board of the collection conducts the external and internal reviewing of all articles. It consists of prominent Ukrainian scholars. In addition, experts from abroad in the field of law are invited to participate in the publication activity (Austria, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and others).
The scientific bulletin is included in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International (Republic of Poland).
«Uzhhorod National University Herald. Series: Law» is included in the TOP-100 journals of Ukraine according to Google Scholar in 2019.
The journal «Uzhhorod National University Herald. Series: Law» is a professional publication under the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 1471 on 26.11.2020 and included in the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine (category «B») in the field of legal sciences (081 – Law, 293 – International Law).
The journal cooperates with the largest universities in Ukraine and abroad, state and local authorities. Such cooperation involves posting information material, publishing scientific articles, and organizing round tables based on the range of issues the journal focuses on. «Uzhhorod National University Herald. Series: Law» is used in learning process – articles and materials are recommended as additional sources while studying the basic disciplines.
The journal publishes scientific and theoretical as well as practical materials related to topical general theoretical and sectoral legal issues, law enforcement practice, legislative proposals, foreign legal experience, constitutional, judicial-legal and administrative-legal reforms.

Series: Law» certified by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine shows that the Faculty of Law of the state higher educational establishment «Uzhhorod National University» is a systemic reputable brand in Ukraine: both in training competitive lawyers in «big» science as well as in the cultural and educational sphere.

The journal is intended not only for legal scholars, but also for practitioners who will be able to use it as a source of much useful information for their wide-ranging activities, and this will contribute to promoting the basic values of Ukraine's civilizational efforts – law, justice and morality.
