Food and Applied Bioscience Journal is the official publication of the Faculty of AgroIndustry, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. The journal quarterly publishes peer-reviewed review article, research, short communication, notes and comments. The journal is devoted a platform for fundamental and applied research findings for researchers from universities, research institutions, and industries to publish quality original papers in all branches of food science and technology and applied bioscience. It aims to be a leading national and international journal for the multidisciplinary agro-industrial (food and non-food) research community. The journal is bilingual and welcome for both in English and Thai manuscripts.
