Mise au point is an electronic university journal aiming to disseminate research on cinema, television, and new media. This journal aims to provide readers with the theoretical tools required to understand the stakes of audiovisual and cinematic creation, the contexts of production and reception, and the social uses of these works. All perspectives (historical, cultural, aesthetic, economic, sociological, communication, anthropological, etc.) are welcome.
Interdisciplinary publications, written in either French or English, are highly encouraged.
