La Revue Organisation & Travail (ROT) is a journal issued by the laboratory of Analyse, de Prospective et de Développement des Emplois et des Compétences -LAPDEC- University of Mascara, Algeria, since 2012.
The journal aims to promote the research in Management, particularly in emerging fields such as knowledge management, digital transformation, generational change and the transformation of the labor market, as well as other areas in direct relationship with management, such as the sociology of work, industrial psychology, Economics, Marketing.
The Journal uses a blind reviewing system and publishes four issues per year.
