IJCTEE is the first peer-reviewed online international journal covering topics that appeal to a broad readership of engineering, engineering-technology, and industrial-technology fields related to Computer Technology and Electronics Engineering. The journal is an independent publication, which aims to provide the online engineering community with a resource and forum for scholarly expression and reflection.

The objective of the IJCTEE is to provide a forum for communication of information among the world´s scientific and technological community as well as scientists and engineers. This journal intends to be of interest and utility to researchers and practitioners in the academic, industrial and governmental sectors. All original research contributions of significant value in all areas of engineering discipline are welcome.

IJCTEE is steered by a distinguished Board of Directors, Researchers and Academicians and is supported by an international review board consisting of prominent individuals representing many well-known universities, colleges, and corporate world.
To maintain a high-quality journal, manuscripts that appear in the IJCTEE have been subjected to a rigorous review process. This includes blind reviews by three or more members of the international editorial review board, followed by a detailed review by the IJCTEE editors.
