A Barriguda: Revista Científica (ISSN: 2236-6695)

Description

"A Barriguda" is an Electronic Journal, ISSN 2236-6695, recognized by CAPES with Qualis and indexed in databases, directories and portals open indexing. Today it is part of the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on Education and Law (CIPED). The idea of creating a scientific journal was born of the need to encourage and recover the higher education of apathy and inviolability of knowledge played away from the theoretical common sense from an interdisciplinary and innovative approach to promote the solution of real problems in society. Its contents are original articles, reviews of judgments, critical reviews, review articles, scientific notes, interviews and information on innovations in science. Its frequency is four months and adopts the continuous flow for submission of scientific papers. The name "A Barriguda" is a tribute to the very common tree in the Caatinga (brazilian regional biome), due to its high resistance to drought, its name originates from the stem with a large diameter, which acts as a water reservoir during the dry season.
