La Revista eletrônica de ciência política is a journal published by students of the Graduate Program in Political Science from Universidade Federal do Paraná. Its main objective is to disseminate the scientific research conducted y young researchers - masters, masters-doctoral students - on subjects relevant to the field of political science. In order to foster scientific exchanges among Latin American countries, the Revista eletrônica de ciência política publishes texts in Portuguese and Spanish. Thus we aim to provide a channel of communication between young academic and scientific researchers connected to territorially distant research centers whose studies show that thematic convergences in their research agendas.
The journal is published biannually, and each issue has 4 sections.
The middle section, in the form of file, discusses hot topics in political science. The second section is devoted to publishing articles without relevant thematic relation to the dossier. The third section proposes the presentation and dissemination of research experiences. Under the title of "Diário de Pesquisa," the texts of this section describe methods, techniques and research progress, with special emphasis on the difficulties, challenges and experiences of typical field researchers in political science. The fourth and final section consists of translations of texts of contemporary international methodological and theoretical relevance to the field of political science, to propose the inclusion of international issues in the academic and scientific policy.
