The journal "Problems of legality" over 30 years on a quarterly basis publishes relevant articles in the field of jurisprudence. The high quality of published material is provided by the policy of double-blind peer review, as well as highly qualified scientists from the Editorial Board.
The aim of the journal is to publish relevant materials in the field of constitutional, municipal, civil, economic, environmental, land, criminal, international law.
The journal is open for publishing both Ukrainian and foreign scientists, because the aim of the journal is to develop jurisprudence in the Ukrainian and international level.
The main objectives of the journal "Problems of legality" are an educational function and contributing to the development of legal science in Ukraine by highlighting important legal and social issues.
