Description

General provisions.
The editors of the journal "Innovations in the Oil and Gas Industry" accept scientific articles, reviews of scientific conferences, reviews and other materials for consideration. As articles, you can submit original translations and materials of a technical and pedagogical direction.
For doctoral PhD (if necessary) and student (mandatory) papers, a written review of them from the supervisor is required.
The editors consider only manuscripts that have not been previously published either in print or in electronic form.
At the same time, the editors reserve the right to reject, shorten and edit articles. All manuscripts are reviewed and edited. At all stages of preparing a manuscript for publication, the editors interact with the author. Editorial revision is subject to agreement at the predetermined wish of the author.
The editors do not give firm deadlines for the publication of the submitted works, since the time from the registration of the manuscript in the editorial office to its publication is related to the technological process of publishing the journal.
All rights to materials published in the journal belong to the editors and authors.
Fees are not paid.
The published materials may not reflect the point of view of the founders, the editorial board and the editorial board. Publications of the journal may not be reproduced in any form in other publications without the written permission of the editors.
Full-text versions of articles are freely available on the journal's website.
The authors:
By submitting a manuscript to the editorial office, the authors undertake not to publish it in any other publication without the written consent of the editorial board.
The authors guarantee that the research results presented in the submitted manuscript are obtained as a result of personal research work, are not borrowed, are not plagiarism, paraphrasing, appropriation of the results of other people's research.
The authors are responsible for the selection and accuracy of the given facts, quotations, statistical data, proper names, geographical names and other information.
Individuals who have made a significant contribution to the study should be indicated as co-authors of the article. The indication among the authors of persons who have not made an intellectual contribution to the study is a violation of copyright and ethical standards.
The author is obliged to indicate the sources of all citations, figures and other information given in the article.
If the author finds significant errors or inaccuracies in the article at the stage of its consideration or after its publication, he should notify the editors of the journal as soon as possible. In this case, the clarifying information will be published in the next issue.
Authors are obliged to indicate the sources of citations, statistical data and other information given in the article; abbreviations should be explained.
Editorial.
It is the prerogative of the editorial board and the editorial board of the journal to make a decision on the compliance or non-compliance of the manuscripts received with the editorial office with the profile, concept and subject of the journal. The names of the reviewers are not disclosed. In case of refusal to publish, the editors do not enter into discussions with the authors.
When reviewing received manuscripts, the editors are guided by the following criteria:
- methodological and methodological validity;
- statement of a scientific problem, its relevance in terms of solving scientific problems that relate to the problems and profile of the journal;
- Reliability and credibility of the data.
- originality, independence, novelty, interesting and/or controversial approaches;
- theoretical substantiation of the chosen topic;
- the presence of scientific controversy;
- the level of literary edition of the text;
- conciseness, harmony and logic of argumentation;
- contain references not only to the history of the problem, but also to modern research on the topic under discussion;
- Compliance with design requirements.
Manuscript.
The editors accept manuscripts up to 40,000 characters with spaces (including abstracts, key words in Russian, and a block in English).
The article must contain UDC (if not, the general code will be indicated according to the UDC reference book).

At the beginning of the manuscript, after the title of the article, indicate:
- information about the author (authors): full name (in full), academic degree and academic title, name of place of work, position, contact phone number, e-mail address, city;
- annotation and a list of keywords (no more than 10) in Uzbek, Russian and English.
For short reviews and materials, an abstract and keywords are not required.
After the article's main text, a list of references, a block in Russian and English, and figures are given. At the same time, if the text is in Uzbek, then a block is shown in Russian and English, if in Russian, then in Uzbek and English, if in English, then Uzbek and Russian.
The abstract - a summary of the main ideas and results - should reflect the article's content and the research results. It should be structured (follow the logic of the description of the results in the article). Volume from 80 to 200 words. It should not be repeated verbatim in the report that
already mentioned in the abstract.
Notes in the article are given in footnotes.
The foreign part of the article is obligatory when submitting the manuscript, is located at the end of the article and contains the following structural elements:
article title;
Full name of the author/s;
affiliation (organization, country);
author's note - First name, Middle name, Last name (in Latin in that order), title, position, place of work (if there are several places, then indicate all), academy, city, country, e-mail in brackets.
abstract - the abstract should be extended, reflect the main content of the article and the results of the research (within 200-250 words);
keywords (comma-separated no more than ten words)
Different requirements for the manuscript.
Each manuscript is submitted electronically and available for editing.
Manuscripts should be sent in *.doc format (Word for Windows, with text formatting in width, 14 pt, 1.5 spacing).
A mandatory requirement is the absence of page numbering.
Bibliographic section.
The sources used are drawn up as a bibliographic list in alphabetical order.
When citing, the page from the source must be indicated.
The list of references is obligatory and must include all the works used by the author. The journal editors motivate the authors to work with modern sources of information (no later than two years ago) since the reference to outdated literary sources causes a remark by international experts and doubts about the relevance of the material presented in the article. Without a list of references, an article is automatically marked as unscientific when uploaded to eLibrary.ru and other services and falls into the Uncertain (UNK) category.
No more than 20% of self-quoting of any of their works published in other printed sources is allowed.
The list of references is arranged in alphabetical order. References to the corresponding source of the list of references should be made in the text in square brackets (for example: [1, p. 233]).
The correct description of the sources used in the lists of references is a guarantee that the cited publication will be taken into account when assessing the scientific activity of its authors, organization, region, and country.
