The journal Duc in Altum - Cardernos de Direito is published by the Center for Research on Perspectives on the Historicity of Law in the State - CIHJur. The editorial line aims to publish articles of a scientific nature, research and work that is unpublished in Brazil and falls within the following theme: Criteria for the Treatment and Delimitation of the Object of Law: between the Historicity of Ideas and Contemporary Contours. In addition to the thematic suitability of the work, it is essential that it contributes to the development of legal science and reflection on the law and complies with the editorial standards.
