Cihannuma: Tarih ve Coğrafya Araştırmaları Dergisi, is peer-reviewed journal with a special focus on history, religious studies, cultural studies, geography and arts of history. Published twice a year, the journal also publishes book reviews, detailed analyses of original documents as well as manuscripts and translations of original articles into Turkish. The journal publishes special issues on specific topics related to Ottoman History, Middle Eastern and Balkan geographies. It accepts articles written in Turkish, English, German and French.
