Assam is a recently established journal which is published in Turkish and English. It is published twice a year and its scientific advisory board consists of various respectable academics from different üniversities. ASSAM accepts the papers in the field of public administration, public policy, Islamic history, the just forms of government of our age, common practice of different civilizations, law systems and the fundamental human rights and freedoms in order to contribute to the scientific knowledge and environment by creating a platform of idea for researchers.
