Description

Our journal publishes four times a year and it is published in print in each three months. Our journal gives place to the studies in all fields equally and fairly in line with the work principles. Studies coming to our journal are evaluated by two referees being expert in their fields and this evaluation process takes two months within the scope of referees’ work load. Studies approved by two referees are published in print by putting in order with the approval of our journal’s publication board. In our journal, spelling rules are adjusted according to apa system, a sample article format can be downloaded from the website and used by authors. Editors are responsible for all kinds of systems of journal, none of the referees and authors don’t bear its responsibility. Authors have the right to make publication in line with their own freewill and knowledge, they accept all the responsibility regarding the accepted and published studies. Our journal is a bridge between publisher and reader. Referees who make evaluation concerning our journal and publications don’t have a legal liability for the published study. The whole liability belongs to authors. Our journal doesn’t have an effectual and obligatory sanction on referees regarding any publication. None of the studies have a right of priority on another study. Each study is subjected to the same conditions in its own term. They don’t have any priority or privilege. None of the authors can have information about the referee who made the evaluation and they can’t create liability on referees. Journal management and editor can’t determine the privilege of any study and they can’t give privilege to any authors. System is operated in the same condition for each study and author. Our journal’s language is Turkish. Studies in different languages are also accepted. Our journal’s management and editorial board unilaterally decide on whether the studies in foreign languages are accepted. A sanction can’t be applied on our journal.
Our journal is international and accepts the studies bearing these qualifications. Studies which were sent to another journal with any reason are refused on condition that a denial is published even if they are accepted for publication in our journal. The right of each study sent to our journal has been given by the author to our journal. The author accepts this beforehand. These conditions are begun to be operated when the study is uploaded to our system. A special declaration and signature aren’t required for this. Our journal’s legal advisers have rights to perform all kinds of procedures unilaterally to protect our journal and journal referees regarding the current and possible problems.
