JM-UIKA focuses on research and studies in the field of management, with the following scopes: (1) HR Management, (2) Marketing Management, (3) Financial Management, (4) Education Management, (5) Hospital Management, and (6)Sharia Management. Management Journal accepts manuscripts with a maximum Turnitin yield of 25%. The review process is carried out using the Blind Review method.
