Description

Collection of scientific papers “Geopolitics of Ukraine: history and modern times” was founded in 2009 as a periodical publication of Transcarpathian State University. Due to the fact that the ZakDU, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 155 of February 14, 2013, was reorganized by joining to the State University “Uzhhorod National University”, the Collection was re-registered on January 15, 2014 (Certificate of state registration of printed mass media: a series of KV № 20545-10345PR; Certificate of registration of the subject of publishing to the State Register of Publishers, Producers and Distributors of Publishing Production, series 3t No. 32 of May 31, 2006).
The collection contains scientific papers on topical issues of geopolitics, important aspects of Ukraine's foreign policy. Over the years, the collection has become a reliable "platform" for approbation of the results of scientific-theoretical and practical research of academic researchers, students, masters and post-graduate students of the University in the field of development and implementation of effective mechanisms of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine. The experience of colleagues from neighboring EU member states, first of all the states of the Visegrad Four is analyzed and summarized.
