The scientific publication "MULTIVERSUM. PHILOSOPHICAL ALMANAC" highlights the most up-to-date philosophical discussions on the topical issues of nowadays, including those of a human being, life of society, modern culture, religious life, ecological and axiological problems of our time, globalization and an information society. Particular attention is paid to the philosophical comprehension of the newest problems in the field of human nature philosophy and modern information-globalization realities. The publication is aimed at the specialists in the field of philosophy, culturology; post-graduate students, students, masters in humanitarian disciplines. As a scientific educational edition, the magazine is a powerful methodological base for teachers of Higher Education Institutions, researchers, postgraduates and doctoral students in the field of philosophy, cultural studies, and religious studies.
Materials are distributed according to the thematic sections and genre divisions.

The journal "Multiversum. The Philosophical Almanac" is an open access journal (Open Access). Іt supports the principles of free distribution of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for the purpose of universal human progress. Full-text access to the scientific articles of the "Multiversum. Philosophic Almanac" collection of scientific works is presented in the section "Archives". This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. The licensing policy is compatible with the overwhelming majority of open access and archiving policies.
The journal «Multiversum. Philosophic Almanac» is an open access journal, which means all its content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author as long as they cite the source.The journal is licensed by Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY-SA.
The reviewing process is applied to all the articles having been submitted to the editorial board. The purpose of the peer review is to promote the strict selection of copyrighted materials for publication, as well as to provide recommendations for the further improvement of the materials.
The blind peer review is carried out by the researchers specializing in the field of the study, them having relevant publications in professional journals and the degrees of a candidate of science (PhD) or doctor of science (D. habil.).
The peer review report on a manuscript quality implies as follows:
correspondence of the content of the publication to its title;
general analysis of the scientific content of the manuscript, novelty, terminology and structure of the publication, the relevance of the topic and the significance of the problem;
the reliability of the facts, as stated; completeness of materials processing;
evaluation of the manuscript in accordance with the available requirements for the design of the materials; references to the literary and other sources of information;
correlation of the author's conclusions with the existing scientific concepts;
clarity of presentation and reasoning of conclusions; the validity and validity of the conclusions drawn in relation to the goals and objectives of the study;
assessment of the personal contribution of the author of the publication to the solution of the problem under study;
identification of the author-related flaws, inaccuracies and errors in the manuscript.
Editorial Board will immediately reject articles that show signs of plagiarism or self-plagiarism. We understand plagiarism as a statement of thoughts or words of another person, as if they were the author's own thoughts, without permission, as well as because of the inability to properly quote sources. Plagiarism can take many forms, from literal copying to rephrasing the work of another.
Scientific periodical specialized publication "Multiversum. Philosophical almanac" is a peer-reviewed journal committed to ensuring the highest standards of publication ethics. All parties involved in the act of publishing (editors, authors, reviewers and the publisher) have to agree upon standards of ethical behavior. We state the principles of Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement based on the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors of the Committee on Publication Ethics – COPE (available at http://publicationethics.org), as well as ethical standards Cambridge University Ethical standards.
