Journal of Diabetes and Metabolic Disorders , a peer reviewed journal, provides a forum for scientific inquiry of the highest standard in the fields of Diabetes and Lipid Disorders. To achieve this goal, the journal publishes Articles in the following five categories: 1) Clinical Care/Education/ Nutrition/ Psychosocial Research, 2) Epidemiology/Health Services, 3) Emerging Treatments and Technologies, 4) Pathophysiology/Complications, and 5) Cardiovascular and Metabolic Risk. Topics covered are of interest to clinically oriented physicians, researchers, epidemiologists, psychologists, diabetes educators, and other health professionals. Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished original clinical or experimental research articles, brief communications, review articles, case report and letters to the editor. Decisions regarding acceptance for publication are made by the editors. Some manuscripts will be published along with unblinded peer reviews according to the discretion of the editors.
