Description

PERINATOLOGIYA I PEDIATRIYA is an official peer-reviewed and open access journal of the State Institution “Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine” published in print and online since 1999 four times a year.
The scope of the journal reflects the multidisciplinary nature of the subject; its coverage includes maternal and fetal medicine, the neonatal period, and the follow-up of the infant and child. The journal presents novel findings addressing significant questions in the field of obstetrics, perinatology, neonatology and pediatrics in the form of original research articles, clinical observations, topical review, short communication or case report, conference and congress proceedings, and designed with emphasis on uniting activities of these areas.
The journal is based on independent and unbiased double-blinded peer-reviewed principles. Only unpublished papers that are not under review for publication elsewhere can be submitted. PERINATOLOGIYA I PEDIATRIYA does not accept multiple submission and duplicate submission even though the previous one was published in a different language. The authors are responsible for the scientific content of the material to be published.
PERINATOLOGIYA I PEDIATRIYA encourages and enables academicians, researchers, specialists and primary care physicians of Ukraine and abroad to publish their valuable research in all branches of perinatal medicine, obstetrics, neonatology and pediatrics. The primary aim of the journal is to publish original articles with high scientific and ethical quality and serve as a good example of medical publications in Ukraine.
The Editorial Board of PERINATOLOGIYA I PEDIATRIYA and the Publisher adheres to the principles of the International Council of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Printed copies of the journal are distributed to over scientific institutions and libraries in Ukraine. All articles are also available in PDF format on our website (http://med-expert.com.ua/publishing-activity/perin...) and the Vernadsky National Library and can be downloaded free of charge.
